Operations Manager
Trade Sexual Health (Trade) is a vibrant LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing charity based in Leicester. We have more than 20 years’ experience of working to improve the sexual health of gay and bisexual men across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. We also carry out wider HIV prevention work with people in the local area. Our services are person-centred providing wraparound support to the individual. Our creative and high impact projects and initiatives are highly regarded as examples of best practice and have been adopted nationally. Building on these successes, we have ambitious plans to expand our services to support the health and wellbeing of the whole LGBTQ+ community in the East Midlands and are launching a range of new initiatives in 2024, with more to come.

Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager works closely with the CEO to provide high quality operational and financial management to underpin our service delivery designed to improve the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ community members and people living with HIV. The post-holder will:
- Drive the development and quality improvement of our financial policies, procedures, and business processes, ensuring that they are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as consistent with Trade’s values
- Support the good governance of Trade’s work through the provision of high quality, accurate management information and reporting
- Be a team player able to foster team working and continuous improvement.
