New sexual health guides for trans communities created by CliniQ London

Thursday, 14th December 2017

CliniQ, the sexual health and wellbeing service for trans* people and their partners based in London, have created two fantastic guides around sex, sexual health and sexual pleasure targeted towards the communities that they serve.

'Cruising: A Trans Guy’s Guide to the Gay sex scene' is a resource for trans guys/trans masc people who are into cis (non-trans) guys. This is because cis gay and bi communities have higher risks of HIV infection and some STIs than other groups.

It covers sex, sexual pleasure and sexual health, as well info on saunas, sex clubs, sex work and much more.

'The Hook-Up: A Trans Woman’s Guide to the Sex Club Scene' is for trans women, trans femme/non-binary people, and anyone else who was assigned male at birth, who identifies as a woman some or all of the time. This resource is specifically for those of us who have cis (non-trans) male partners, that can come with a higher risk of HIV infection.

It covers sex, sexual pleasure and sexual health, as well info on sex clubs, sex work and much more.
